Cosplay Melee - War Games - 1.04 - Post Mortem

Cosplay MeleeIn tonight's episode of Cosplay Melee, "War Games," four contestants worked to build the best costume to win the ten thousand dollar prize.

Yvette Nicole Brown explained that the theme of the episode was the realm of video games. They had to build a character who would fit as a hero in their favorite game from the genre of games set in a dystopian future, embroiled in a war for humanity.

The four contestants were Josh, who often spends eighteen hours a day on cosplay and wanted to prove himself, Becky, a costume designer from New York City, Steven, a full time prop maker from St. Louis, and Cait, who works at a boutique and is known for her down to the wire cosplay.

The MagiciansTonight Syfy airs an all-new episode of The Magicians, "The Rattening." In the episode, Julia (Stella Maeve) and Quentin (Jason Ralph) make a deal with an Ancient One to travel to the underworld to search for her Shade. Meanwhile Eliot deals with more problems that arise in Fillory, while Margo tries to find a way to fix her deal with the fairies. Also, Penny finds a new ally who could help in his and Kady (Jade Tailor)'s quest for the book on how to kill a god.

To protect and hide her, Nick (David Giuntoli), Renard (Sasha Roiz), and Adalind (Claire Coffee) return to the cabin from the their first case. Advance Review: Bones Draws to a Close with Pentultimate Episode "The Day in the Life"

BonesTonight FOX airs part one of the two-part series finale of Bones, "The Day in the Life." In the penultimate episode, where guest star Cyndi Lauper reprises her role, we start to see the trajectory of where each of the characters are headed. While there are happy moments for the group, there is a lot going on: Zach (Eric Milligan) heads to trial and Brennan (Emily Deschanel) testifies. Meanwhile, Aubrey (John Boyd) and Jessica (Laura Spencer) discuss their future together, and Angela (Michaela Conlin) reveals some big news. However, all of that moves to the wayside when they discover that Kovac (Gerald Celasco), who is again after Booth (David Boreanaz) and his family, has escaped prison, and they all must work to figure out his deadly plan, while Booth races to protect his family and friends from the threat of a bomb in the lab.

Advance Review: Cosplay Melee - Syfy's New Kick-Ass Competition Series

Cosplay MeleeTonight, Syfy premieres its newest competition series, Cosplay Melee, hosted by actress and self-described "super fan girl," Yvette Nicole Brown (The Odd Couple, Community). Each week on the hour-long series, four cosplayers will use their skills and creativity to build costumes, including props, for one-of-a-kind characters to be judged and hopefully win the weekly $10,000 prize.

The judging panel consists of Brown, along with well-known cosplay expert LeeAnna Vamp and costume creator Christian Beckman (The Hunger Games, TRON: Legacy).
