I consider interviews exclusive if they are private or one-on-one or in person interviews. These were not part of press conference calls or group discussions. These are exclusives that are currently published here at SciFi Vision or as part of one of SciFi Vision's own podcasts, or in some early cases at Media Blvd. Magazine.

I also have chosen to include some interviews from press events that are only open to a select few and not the general press or public, such as convention press rooms and everything from the Syfy Digital Press Tours, as although they are not entirely exclusive, they do contain exclusive photos and sometimes videos that no other site has (I have started to mark some of these as "Spotlight" as opposed to "Exclusive"), or may be about my own experiences only at the events. Note that in a few specific cases, the set tours were exclusive and specifically for SciFi Vision.

All of the articles unless otherwise noted were written by me, Jamie Ruby, and are copyright © 2014 Sci-Fi Vision. If you would like to post an article on your own site, please let us know first. Please do not use any of the exclusive photos or videos on your own site without permission (it will usually be given). You can find the rest of our published articles, including both interviews and reviews under articles.
Yul VazquezNBC's Midnight, Texas centers around a town that sits on an ever-weakening veil between the world of the living and Hell. Drawn to the energy, the town serves as a safe haven for a variety of supernaturals.

The Reverend of the town, played by Yul Vaszquez, is one of these supernaturals. In tonight's episode it is revealed he's a weretiger.

Earlier in the year, Vazquez talked to journalists on the set of the show about playing the Rev.

Vazquez talked to SciFi Vision about what initially jumped out at him about the role. "I read the pilot, and then they asked me to look at the Rev. I have a simple checklist when I'm talking about doing a job. Is the piece good? Are the people involved good? Is the part itself good? Can you do something with the part? And all those were yes.

Monica BreenWhen we first join Midnight, Texas, Manfred (François Arnaud), who can talk to ghosts, is trying to escape his past when his dead grandmother, Xylda (Joanne Camp), suggests that he go to Midnight. When he arrives, he quickly realizes that he isn't the only one with secrets.

The town is a safe haven to other supernaturals wanting to stay hidden from the world. Midnight, however, sits on a weakening veil between the living and Hell. The energy not only affects the Midnighters, but also attracts other evil forces.

When the fiancé of the local pawnshop owner, Bobo (Dylan Bruce), is murdered, Manfred decides to stay and use his abilities to help solve the murder, while they also all work to keep the police from learning their secrets.

Earlier in the year, as part of a press day, SciFi Vision visited the set of the series, which is based on a novel series by Charlaine Harris. While there, the site talked to the cast and crew, including Showrunner/Executive Producer Monica Breen.

Recently, Breen caught up with SciFi Vision in an exclusive interview to talk more about creating the show, the characters, and everything in between.

Arielle Kebbel plays the part of Olivia Charity, one of the few humans on the show, who is an assassin who helps protect the town. She is also in a relationship with local vampire Lemuel "Lem" Bridger (Peter Mensah).

Kebbel recently talked to journalists during a press day on the set in Albuquerque while sitting in Olivia's apartment.

The actress talked to SciFi Vision about how her character fits in with the others in town. "I feel like she loves each and every one of these Midnighters, dearly. She would never share how much she cares and loves about them, because that's not her way of showing it. Her way of showing it is like, 'I'll kill for you. I'll protect you, and at the same time, if push comes to shove, and I need to do something to protect the town, you know, you may or may not be on the other end of [laughs] the scope.'
