Many local (and not so local) fans swarmed to Sandusky, Ohio this past week to meet Twilight icon Peter Facinelli, who plays Dr. Carlisle Cullen in the film series based on The Twilight Saga books by Stephenie Meyer.
Fringe is a show about the strange and unusual things that happen, and cannot be solved or understood by normal means, but by fringe science. These include things like mind control and pyrokinesis. The show follows FBI Agent Olivia Dunham (Anna Torv) and her consultant Peter Bishop (Joshua Jackson). They are joined by Peter’s father Walter Bishop (John Noble) and his assistant Astrid Farnsworth, played by Jasika Nicole.
Besides playing the FBI agent, Nicole has also appeared in such shows as Law & Order: Criminal Intent and the recent comedy She’s Out of My League.
Nicole recently took part in an exclusive interview with Jamie Ruby of MediaBlvd.
Kenton Duty is fairly new to the acting scene, but he does have a few roles under his belt, with a role in the web series Ctrl and a part in the Tim Allen movie, Crazy on the Outside. He also appeared in an episode of the television series Cold Case. His talent, however, more than makes up for his lack of experience. Duty may be fifteen, but having been part of one of the most popular television series in history, Lost, is bringing him into the spotlight and is sure to help his budding career.
On Lost, Duty played the role of a young Jacob, although no one, including Duty himself, knew who his character was until nearly the final episode of the series. He was billed simply as “Teenage Boy.”
Alan Dale is quite an accomplished actor, whose work spans not only over three decades, but also the globe. Dale’s not only a popular actor here, but also in Australia, where he started his career over thirty years ago. He’s been in popular television series such as The X-Files, The West Wing, 24, and Ugly Betty, among many others, and movies such as Hollywood Homicide and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. He even did voiceover work for a few video games such as EverQuest II, and can also be seen in the upcoming movies Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark and Priest.
Dale plays the mysterious character of Charles Widmore on the popular series Lost.
Connor Fox may be fairly new to the acting scene, but the Virginia native is moving up. He has appeared in such movies as Invisible Man, Long Shadows, and Blood Night, and more recently in Ice Grill, USA, which he served as the executive producer of. He also has a starring role in the upcoming movie Yaksha, and is already working on his own script.
William Mapother has been in the entertainment business for quite some time. He has appeared in movies such as In the Bedroom and The Grudge and in television series such as Prison Break and Criminal Minds, and recently appeared in the new Fox show Human Target. He can also soon be seen soon on USA’s Law & Order: Criminal Intent. Mapother, however, is probably best known for his work on the hit ABC show Lost as the evil “Other,” Ethan Rom. Even though his character is gone, Mapother appeared in a recent episode of the show in Kate and Claire’s “flashsideways.”

Kirsten Prout is probably best known for her role of Abby, alongside Jennifer Garner, in Elektra, and for her lead role in Kyle XY as the girl next door, Amanda. But Kirsten recently was cast in the role of Lucy in the 3rd installment of the Twilight franchise, Eclipse, which recently completed filming. Kirsten recently returned to acting after taking a break to attend University, and had several fun roles over the summer.
