NBC's Midnight, Texas
, based on the book series by Charlaine Harris, centers around a town that sits on the veil between the living and Hell that's weakening. It has become a safe haven to the supernaturals living there.
When the fiancé of the local mortal Bobo Winthrop, played by Dylan Bruce, is murdered, the cops come to town and secrets are threatened to be exposed.
Earlier in the year when SciFi Vision attended a press day at the set in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Bruce sat down to talk to the journalists about the series.
Bruce talked to SciFi Vision about playing one of the few mortals on the show. “I think everyone in Midnight is very accepting; it’s a very accepting place. It’s almost like a refuge for people who are outsiders or people who are running from maybe a tragic or demons-in-the-closet kind of past.
Following the review is a full recap of the episode.
"No Future in the Past" was my favorite episode of Wynonna Earp
so far of the season. So much was going on, and so much was revealed.
At the beginning of the episode, I love that we get more insight into Waverly (Dominique Provost-Chalkley)'s past with the flashbacks in the episode, especially because she's been trying to find out if she's really an Earp.
Wynonna (Melanie Scrofano) seemed oblivious to what Waverly went through as a child, though I think that is only because she was a child herself, and also, she was in a very bad place back then and not really looking out for her sister. Thankfully that has changed.

Parisa Fitz-Henley plays the character of Fiji Cavanaugh, the local witch. She lives with Mr. Snuggly (voiced by Joe Smith), her cat and familiar. She also has a crush on the pawnshop owner, Bobo Winthrop (Dylan Bruce).

In NBC's Midnight, Texas
, supernaturals are drawn to the town which sits on a weakening veil between the living and the dead. Arielle Kebbel plays the part of Olivia Charity, one of the few humans on the show, who is an assassin who helps protect the town. She is also in a relationship with local vampire Lemuel "Lem" Bridger (Peter Mensah).
Kebbel recently talked to journalists during a press day on the set in Albuquerque while sitting in Olivia's apartment.
The actress talked to SciFi Vision about how her character fits in with the others in town. "I feel like she loves each and every one of these Midnighters, dearly. She would never share how much she cares and loves about them, because that's not her way of showing it. Her way of showing it is like, 'I'll kill for you. I'll protect you, and at the same time, if push comes to shove, and I need to do something to protect the town, you know, you may or may not be on the other end of [laughs]
Wynonna Earp - Everybody Knows
This week’s episode of Wynonna Earp focuses on Wynonna (Melanie Scrofano)’s pregnancy. Now that everybody knows that she is pregnant, it’s time for her to take care of herself.
The episode continues where the last one ended with Wynonna continuing the search for Tucker (Caleb Ellsworth-Clark), trying to figure out what their next step will be.
She and Dolls (Shamier Anderson) break into the Gardner’s house, determined to get the answers she needs.
The sisters act like they never knew Tucker’s plans and deny being a part of it, but Wynonna isn’t buying it. Beth (Meghan Heffern) and Mercedes (Dani Kind) need to be more careful to avoid Wynonna’s suspicions. Wynonna is no longer able to trust her friend.

Meanwhile, there is also the threat of discovery when Bobo (Dylan Bruce)’s fiancé, Aubrey (Shannon Lorance), is murdered.
During dinner at Hotel Andaluz, Arnaud talked to a group of journalists about joining the series, his character’s abilities, the format of the show, and much more.
