SciFi Vision - Where Fiction and Reality Meet

Kellan Lutz Hosts New FOX Competition Series Bullseye, Premiering 5/27

Kellan LutzNext Wednesday, FOX premieres it's new competition series, Bullseye. The show takes eight contestants and challenges them to participate in three levels of extreme challenges, where they use their bodies like human darts. At the end of the night the winning contestant will receive $50,000.

Host Kellan Lutz, probably most well-known for his role as Emmett Cullen in the Twilight movie franchise, recently talked to the press about his new series.

Kellan talked to SciFi Vision about his favorite stunts; he loves them all. Surprisingly, no one has ever backed out, even if they were scared. "Every single one is [great]. It doesn’t matter if we have a helicopter, or a train, or a boat, each and every one is something out of a kid’s drawing book. That’s how I feel like. I feel like I used to draw these and make crazy little stunts on my pad of paper, but you can never really turn them into a reality due to budget, right? As a kid you’d always want to do these things, you were kind of fearless, and Scott Larsen and everyone that’s a part of Bullseye, now we get to make those dreams a reality

Bryan Fuller Talks Hannibal Season 2, Returning 6/04 to NBC

Bryan FullerThe NBC series Hannibal returns with all-new episodes for season three on June 4th. In preparation, series creator, Byran Fuller, talked to the media recently about what's to come.

Fuller talked to Scifi Vision about the decision to bring Gillian Anderson’s character deeper as Hannibal’s wife. “Well, really, it kind of boils down to this fabulousness of Gillian Anderson, and more of her is always a good thing. And we had so much fun working together in the first two seasons, and she’s such an iconic actress and brings such a specific energy to the show, that it seems like a really logical next step for the series to flush out that relationship, [expand on it] and get more of the chemistry between Mads Mikkelsen and Gillian Anderson.”

The creator also talked to the site about some of his favorite parts coming up that he is excited for fans to see. “One of the most fun things about this season is the departure from the crime procedural storytelling, and this first chapter of Season 3 was really designed to do the show as a pure character-driven story.

Emma Ishta & Kyle Harris Talk Stitchers, Premiering 6/2 on ABC Family

StitchersABC Family’s upcoming science fiction series, Stitchers, follows Kirsten Clark, played by Emma Ishta. The computer science graduate student is extremely intelligent, but because of a medical condition, she is very emotionally distant, which makes her a perfect candidate for “stitching.” She is recruited by a secret government agency to be “stitched” into the memories of the recently deceased to help solve mysteries and crimes that otherwise would remain unsolved.

After joining the program, Kirsten meets Cameron Goodkin, Played by Kyle Harris, one of the scientists working on the program.

In preparation for the June premiere, the two stars recently talked to the media about the series.

Ishta first talked to SciFi Vision about the challenge of playing Kirsten, who shows little emotion. “It’s definitely a challenge. One of the things I love playing about her is that she is this character who’s not necessarily in line with what most human beings are like, and it does change throughout the course of the season. She goes on this real emotional awakening, so it’s been really fun, but also definitely a challenge to track her process throughout the season and where she’s at in terms of her emotional abilities.”
