Recently Benjamin Arthur, who plays bad boy Jimmy on NBC's new family comedy series, Working the Engels, sat down with the digital media to talk about his new series, which airs Thursdays on NBC.

Syfy recently premiered season two of Defiance. Star Julie Benz took time to talk to the digital media about what's in store for her character Amanda.

Benz talked to SciFi Vision about Amanda's motivations in agreeing to working with Pottinger. "Amanda believes that she can affect Pottinger and his actions. I think she's used Pottinger as a little bit of a buffoon. That's somebody that she can control. What she doesn't realize, is she doesn't know about his whole dark side and his whole manipulations. But I think she has a big enough ego where she feels that she can actually make a difference."

Last August 24th, SciFi Vision was extremely lucky to get an exclusive visit to the Defiance set. This was my second time visiting after the Syfy Digital Press Tour last summer, however it was the first time for my writer Karen Moul, who accompanied me.

Even the second time, I was still in awe of the beauty and size of the backlot. It's easy to let reality fall away and feel like you are really in the town of Defiance.

In August, at the beginning of filming for the second season of Defiance, SciFi Vision was lucky enough to get to visit the set and learn a bit about the upcoming season.

During that visit, Grant Bowler, who stars as Nolan, sat down with the site for an exclusive interview.

At the beginning of the season, Nolan is no longer the lawkeeper, so what will bring him back to the town? "I think the tricky thing in season two actually is getting him back to Defiance. I mean that's the first thing for me that's the trickiest thing, because my first question was when Kevin [Murphy] wrote him busting out of Defiance, "How are you going to get him back?" Because he's not really a guy with a reverse gear, so we've solved that; there is something that brings him back to Defiance."

Tomorrow night, FX premieres it's new comedy Married, which focuses on Russ, played by Nat Faxon, and Lina Bowman, played by Judy Greer. The two recently sat down with the digital media to talk about their new series.

The two talked to SciFi Vision about how they became involved with the project. Naxon said, "I met with Andrew Gurland, the creator of the show. I don't even remember when, a while back, and we had a really nice lunch and got to know each other. I think initially you're just picking up on each other's vibe and beyond just the material and the show. I think you're wondering whether you're going to be spending a lot of intense time together and whether you're going to be excited for that or dreading that.

"Luckily with Andrew it was excitement, and the next step for me was to audition. I am not at the mega superstar level that Judy Greer is so I had to audition for the part. And then it worked out and then Judy came aboard after that knowing that she had this eye candy to star with."

Greer added, "That's totally true. Nat was already attached to the project, and once I read the script, had my lunch with Andrew, knew that I could stand to be in the same room with him all day every day for many months, yes, then I decided definitely I had to be in it."

Witches of East End, which is based on a book series by Melissa de la Cruz, focuses on a family of witches. The mother of the family, Joanna Beauchamp (Julia Ormond), has been keeping her two daughters, Freya (Jenna Dewan-Tatum) and Ingrid (Rachel Boston) in the dark about being witches in order to allow them to live normal lives. Doing so, however, may cause disastrous repercussions for them all. Joanna's estranged sister, Wendy (Mädchen Amick) shows up to see her with warnings that something evil is coming her way, and she must get her daughters involved.

Over the course of the series, the daughters start to learn how to use their magic, much to their mother's chagrin.

NBC recently premiered their new family comedy Working the Engels. The series follows a family that must work together to work their father's storefront law firm after he passes away. The caveat is daughter Jenna (Kacey Rohl) is the only one actually qualified. She must work with her eccentric family, including mother Ceil, played by Andrea Martin, to keep the law firm running.
