Syfy's series Haven, loosely based on Stephen King's The Colorado Kid, revolves around Audrey Parker (Emily Rose), an FBI agent who comes to the town of Haven and helps the local authorities (Sheriff Nathan Wuornos played by Lucas Bryant) deal with people with the "troubles." People who are afflicted with the troubles usually either have some kind of ability or curse that either affects them or those around them, often without being able to control it, and quite a lot of times without their knowledge.

Audrey recently found out that she is not who she thinks, but actually Lucy (and before that Sarah) who has no memory of her true past, only that it is somehow connected to the Colorado Kid murder.

This season Audrey will follow the clues to find out who she really is and why she keeps coming back to Haven, all while struggling with her relationship with Nathan as well as her feelings for the third member of the love triangle, Duke Crocker (Eric Balfour).

Fox's hit series Bones returns to television for season eight starting September 17th. The premiere episode picks up where last season's cliffhanger left off, with Temperance Brennan (Emily Deschanel) as a murder suspect on the run from the law. The real murderer and hacker Christopher Pelant (Andrew Leeds) created evidence against Brennan that the team had to find a way to prove was fake. In the new episode Special Agent Seeley Booth (David Boreanaz) and the others will stop at nothing to clear her name.

In anticipation of the premiere, creator and executive producer Hart Hanson and executive producer Stephen Nathan talked to the digital media about the new season.

Snow White and the Huntsman, starring Kristen Stewart, Chris Hemsworth, and Charlize Theron, comes to Blu-ray and DVD on Tuesday.

The film follows Snow White (Stewart), who after her mother has died and Evil Queen Ravenna (Theron) has married and killed her father, is put in a cell and left in the dungeon. As in the original Snow White tale, the queen asks the mirror (Christopher Obi) who is the fairest, and as Snow White is now of age, he says that Snow White is now the fairest. The mirror also tells her that Snow White is the key to her immortality, so the queen sends for her to be killed, and once she escapes the castle, sends the Huntsman (Hemsworth) after her.

Before I go into reviewing the storyline of the film I want to start with the look, because for me, that's what I will remember most. Visually the film was absolutely breathtaking in many of the scenes. From the grand sets of the castle and the Dark Forest, to the visual effects of the fairies, to the animation of the "obsidian shards," it really was a beautiful film.
