***INTERVIEW CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR 2.10***

Killjoys, which aired an all-new episode tonight on Syfy, follows intergalactic bounty hunters Dutch (Hannah John-Kamen), Johnny (Aaron Ashmore), and D'avin (Luke Macfarlane), who chase warrants throughout the Quad. They have tried to stay impartial, but with a friend's recent murder, what they've learned about the green plasma, and a war brewing, it's become almost impossible.

Tonight marked the season two finale of the series. In the episode, it was revealed that the plasma is actually sentient. With the help of Khlyen (Rob Stewart) and Fancy Lee, played by Sean Baek, the team try to stop what's been set in motion.

Baek recently talked to SciFi Vision in an exclusive interview about the series, which has now officially been renewed for season three.

SYFY RENEWS ‘KILLJOYS’ AND ‘DARK MATTER’ FOR THIRD SEASONS

UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. – September 1, 2016 – Syfy today announced a season three renewal for the space action dramas KILLJOYS and DARK MATTER. Both are currently wrapping their second seasons on Syfy: KILLJOYS will air its second season finale tomorrow, Friday, September 2 at 9/8c, while DARK MATTER will air a double episode on Friday, September 9 at 10/9c and 11/10c, and its season two finale on Friday, September 16 at 10/9c.

From Temple Street Productions (“Orphan Black,” “Being Erica”), Universal Cable Productions and creator Michelle Lovretta (“Lost Girl”), KILLJOYS follows a trio of interplanetary bounty hunters sworn to remain impartial as they chase deadly warrants throughout the Quad, a distant system on the brink of a bloody, multiplanetary class war. In The Huntsman: Winter's War, which serves as both a prequel and sequel to 2012's Snow White and the Huntsman, Queen Ravenna (Charlize Theron) is as evil as ever, doing whatever she has to, including killing her current husband to expand her empire.

Her little sister Freya (Emily Blunt) has shown no signs of magical ability like her sister. Ravenna thinks it is because she is weak. She is pregnant and in love with a man who has already been promised to another. Naive, Freya believes that everything will work out, but when a tragedy deals her a great loss, her heart freezes and unleashes in her an icy power.

Freya becomes bitter and as evil as Ravenna and just as powerful, creating her own kingdom by taking over others. Ripping children from their parents, she outlaws even the idea of love, and creates an army of Huntsmen to help her take over other kingdoms to expand her rule.

AMC's The Walking Dead, based on the comic series of the same name by Robert Kirkman, follows a group of survivors, led by Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln), as they try to survive in a world where zombies, whom they call "walkers," have taken over.

Season six of The Walking Dead has a lot packed into the season. Last season the survivors made it to the town of Alexandria, which seemed like the ideal place at first with its walled in community; however, they quickly discovered that the townspeople were not equipped to handle the apocalypse as they had not had to deal with walkers.

This season the town faces multiple threats as Rick tries to lead everyone to safety.

The first half of the season focuses on the threats of a group of scavengers known as the Wolves, who attack the town. Soon things go from bad to worse as the wall starts to break down and walkers enter the community.
